Retainer
$500 for wedding coverage and your entire session fee for a portrait session ($125) is due upon booking and is non-refundable. Once your retainer has been received, your desired date and time will be secured. Our studio is going green! We will e-mail you a booking packet with all relevant paperwork necessary for your session or event, including a portrait contract, model release forms, current pricing, clothing choices, and what to expect from your photo shoot and ordering session. Of course if you would like a pre-session consultation, those are always available for free!
Payment
Payment is due in full thirty days in advance of wedding dates. Portrait session fees are due upon booking. If booking is done any sooner than the 30 days before a wedding or sooner than 1 week before a portrait session, then cash or credit will be the only forms of payment accepted. All products are subject to Washington State sales tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash/Checks and PayPal. Credit card payments may be made via our website or over the phone.
Online Galleries
We will schedule an in person proofing session and your proofs will be posted online in your password protected proofing gallery within 2-3 weeks. Once your gallery expires, there is a $25 fee to reload your gallery (2 day limit).
Prints
We work with professional photo labs to produce high quality prints and products. When you purchase a digital cd, we will provide you with the names of labs we recommend for professional quality prints.
Delivery Time
Standard print orders take 3-4 weeks for delivery after selections are made. If you would like your photos processed sooner there is a $75 rush fee.
